The rentals are from Saturday to Saturday during the summer period and for a minimum of 2 nights in off-season. The tariff does not include: - The electrical consumption related to the heating or air conditioning system (heat pump) beyond a package of 8 kw/h per day. A reading of the electricity consumption will be made according to the meter at the beginning and at the end of the stay. The price of kw/h is fixed at 0,21€.
